Lee Eun-Joo began her career as a fashion model. She became a TV actress in 1997 and broke into the film business in 1999, with a debut in Rainbow Trout in which she got a supporting role.

In 2002, Lee Eun-Joo has been in two movies, Unborn but Forgotten costarring with Jung Jun-Ho, and Lover's Concerto with Cha Tae-Hyun.
